NOCO Hair Service Guide: Choosing the Right Session

This is your guide to booking with Noel until it is rolled out across our company

Note for New Clients: If you’re new to NOCO Hair, welcome! Before booking any sessions, all new clients must first complete a Hello NOCO Discovery Call and a Gameplan Consultation. These steps help us get to know your hair goals and create a tailored plan. Once completed, you’ll be ready to book from the options below. (Existing clients who’ve done this can go ahead and book straight away!)

Signature Session (60 mins)

Our Signature Session is a comprehensive 60-minute appointment – the gold standard when you need more time and extra pampering. It’s ideal for big changes or intricate services. Choose this session if you’re looking for:

Full Cut & Style with All the Perks: Includes a luxurious shampoo, relaxing scalp massage, and a professional blow-dry. Ideal if you love the full salon experience.
Intricate or Precision Haircuts: Perfect for complex or highly detailed cuts, even if your hair is short. Think restyles, detailed pixie cuts, or asymmetrical shapes that need extra attention.
Major Colour Transformations: Ideal for a full head of foils, full balayage, or bespoke lightening. These colour services take time to achieve top results, and the Signature Session ensures nothing is rushed.

If in doubt, go for a Signature Session for big changes – it allows the stylist to work their magic properly.

Create Session (45 mins)

The Create Session is a versatile 45-minute appointment, perfect for services that fall between a quick touch-up and a full transformation. Book this session for:

Haircut (with Wash, No Blow-Dry): Best for short styles or clipper cuts, where you want a clean wash and precise cut, but no blow-dry. You’ll leave naturally dried or damp.
Standard Blow-Dry Style: Great for short to medium hair. Includes a wash and blow-dry (for very long or thick hair, a Signature Session may be needed).
Half-Head Highlights / Partial Balayage: A great option to maintain your colour. Covers the top and sides to brighten and refresh without a full overhaul.
Global ‘Roots-to-Ends’ Colour: Perfect for all-over colour applications or a tone refresh throughout. Covers greys, adds richness or depth.

The Create Session balances quality and efficiency – just right for regular appointments.

Maintenance Session (30 mins)

Maintenance Sessions are exclusively for Hello NOCO members (clients who’ve had their Gameplan Consultation). These 30-minute appointments are ideal for keeping your hair fresh between full services:

Post-Colour Blow-Dry: Had a colour service and need a blow-dry to finish? This session offers that extra polish.
Root Touch-Up: Tidy up roots without changing the overall colour. Great for covering greys or base regrowth.
Mini Colour Refresh (e.g. Money Piece): Tweak or brighten your colour with a few foils or face-framing strands.

Maintenance Sessions are shorter and perfect for minor upkeep.

Express Session (15 mins)

For super quick services, book an Express Session. These 15-minute appointments are designed for fast fixes:

Quick Trims / Tidy-Ups: Includes fringe trims, undercut refreshes, or buzz cuts.
Gloss or Toner Between Colours: Refresh your tone, reduce brassiness, or add shine in between colour services.
Other Mini Touches: Small clipper clean-ups or soft blend applications.

Express Sessions are ideal for those “just need a quick fix” moments. Not suitable for complex services.

Final Tips: Booking with Confidence
