We take the time to get it right before we begin. But if for any reason your hair is not exactly as you hoped, here is our promise to you.

Let us know within 10 days

If you are not completely happy with your hair, get in touch within 10 days of your appointment. We want to know and we want to put it right.

We will get you back in within 14 days

We will book you back in within 14 days of your original appointment to reassess and redo whatever is not right. No charge. No questions asked.

If you are still not happy, you will receive a full refund

If after we have revisited the work you are still not satisfied, we will refund you in full. We stand behind our work and we stand behind our clients.
