FAQs

Why do I need to book a blow-dry after colour?
Booking a blow-dry/finishing service after colour is essential because it's not included in the price. This allows you to choose the finishing style that suits you best, whether it's a full cut and blowdry or just a blowdry. Additionally, all cut and colour services include complimentary treatments like refreshments and a head massage, ensuring a relaxing and enjoyable experience tailored to your needs.
Do you do mens hair?
Yes, we do men's hair! We're a gender-neutral salon, recognising that hair care is essential regardless of gender. To find the perfect service for you, visit our cut and style menu and watch the video on our pricing page for more information. We look forward to welcoming you!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of 20% of the bill is required for every service. This deposit is fully refundable if you call the salon to cancel or reschedule your appointment outside of 48 hours before the scheduled time. This policy ensures fair treatment for all clients and helps us manage appointments efficiently. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made to this policy. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you do kids haircuts? 
Yes, we do offer kids haircuts! Please note that discounted prices for kids cuts are available midweek before 5 pm. Evening and weekend appointments will be at full price, but you're more than welcome to book during those times. If your child is under 5 and you'd like them to accompany you during your appointment, kindly inform our team. We'll do our best to accommodate both of you at the same time, regardless of peak or off-peak hours, provided there's availability.
What is a skin/ patch test and why do I need one? 
A patch test is essential / compulsory before any colour service. It's applied to your arm 48 hours prior to your appointment to check for allergic reactions, ensuring safety during colouring. This salon procedure also allows you to meet your stylist and discuss your desired look. We recommend scheduling a consultation to tailor the service to your preferences and prioritize your skin's health.
Do you have a private room for religious/sensitive issues? 
We understand that privacy and sensitivity are important to our clients. We have a designated area in the salon that can be partitioned off, though it's not entirely separate as it's part of the mixed-use hair wash area. If you have religious considerations, we encourage you to visit and assess whether it suits your needs. If you require any special assistance, please don't hesitate to call the salon. We're committed to accommodating your needs. This area is particularly suitable for individuals experiencing hair loss or sensitivity issues such as thinning.
