If you are not 100% satisfied with your hair we will refund your money.

It is important to us that you are happy with your hair and service. Hairdressing is about building relationships and it is not always possible to know how your hair will react after you have washed and styled it at home yourself.

Your hair and happiness is our absolute priority, and we give all our guests this guarantee: if you are not fully satisfied with your hair, and we cannot resolve any problems, then we will refund your payment or meet the cost of having your hair done again at another salon.

If you are not satisfied with our service, we would love to know – the feedback will be a great step to creating the perfect client journey, and ensuring standards are met every time with quality and consistency.

Guarantee Terms

1. If you are not satisfied with your hair after our service, you must let us know within 48 hours of the service. Please contact us either via telephone on 0117 4030998 or via email on [email protected].

2. Once you contact us, we will arrange an appointment for you to visit the salon again for us to  address your concerns and try to remedy the situation, free of charge. We will arrange the appointment as soon as possible after you contact us (and with a maximum timeline of 10  days of the original service).

3. Important: please do not apply any other colour to your hair or adjust or manipulate the service provided by us before we have seen you again.

4. Once you have visited us again and we have tried to remedy the situation, if you are still not fully satisfied with the result then we will do one of the following:

(a) Give you a full refund for the element of the hairdressing service you are not happy with, e.g. colour, haircut.

We are unable to provide refunds for products or GHD returns – if you would like to return these items, please send them directly to the manufacturer.

(b) If your hair is damaged or in a worse condition after your visit to us, we will refund you  the costs of having your hair done again at another salon, up to the value of your  original payment to us. The service by the other salon should be within 14 days of your original service by us.

We ask that you send us ‘before and after’ pictures of the work carried out at the other salon, and the receipt for payment.

5. Please note that this guarantee will not apply if:

You do not contact us within 48 hours of the service, as referred to in paragraph 1.

You apply colour to your hair or adjust or manipulate the service provided by us before we have seen you again, contrary to paragraph 3.

The service has not been paid for in full.

On the day of your NOCO appointment, you’re be welcomed into our bright, modern salon by one of the NOCO Hair team. You can enjoy a tea or coffee while you wait and then your styling session begins.  

As your hair is cut and styled to perfection, you can soak in the atmosphere. Our stylists are handpicked for qualities such as excellence, integrity and their sense of fun to ensure that every client’s experience is the best it can be. Every visit to NOCO includes a luxurious shiatsu head massage in our fully-reclining massage and wash zone. Before you go, we’ll blow-dry your hair just how you like it- curly, wavy or straight. 

At NOCO, we believe that a good client-salon relationship should be a lifelong love affair. This is why we offer all new guests a free wash and blow dry two weeks after their first service. If you don’t 100% adore your new style for whatever reason, we will fix it there and then. We also offer 20% off your next service if you return within seven weeks.
