Each month, you’ll receive a new credit by email.
Please bring this email with you and show it to your stylist at the start of your appointment.

Eligibility

Who can join the NOCO Hair Membership?
Memberships are available by invitation only and offered to:
• Clients aged 18+
• Existing clients with a strong appointment history
• Those who can commit to regular visits

If you travel often or have an unpredictable schedule, our standard booking system might be a better fit.

Cancelling Your NOCO Hair Membership

We understand life changes — here’s how to cancel, after your 12-month commitment:

• Give 30 days’ written notice by email
• Ensure all payments are up to date
• Return any membership items (if given)

Please note: If you’ve had your complimentary cut and cancel before the 12 months are complete, the cost of that cut may be added to your final payment.

Membership Terms & Conditions

• Minimum 3-month commitment
• Monthly payments taken on the same date each month
• Unused appointments do not roll over and you cannot pass them on to anyone else
• Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
• 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations to avoid losing the session
• You can pause your membership once per year (for up to 30 days)
• Prices are reviewed annually and may change with notice

At NOCO Hair, we’ll always do our best to honour your appointment — but in rare cases, we may need to cancel. If that happens, we’ll make sure your service is rescheduled promptly.
