Meet Noel
Hi, I’m Noel Halligan, co-founder of NOCO Hair and a multi award-winning hairstylist. My passion lies in education and creating signature styles that solve real-world hair challenges.
As a former L’Oréal ID Artist, I lead the creative side of NOCO Hair and have worked on shows and shoots across Europe and the UK. I specialise in haircutting and believe everyone has their own perfect style.

This is a bespoke service, so we kindly ask that you book a Game Plan or Discovery Consultation before going ahead. It’s important we take a proper look at your hair to make sure this treatment is right for you and will give you the results you’re looking for.

Please be aware that all new colour services require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment to ensure your safety and satisfaction.
All sessions require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to be redeemed of your service.
