What is a NOCO HAIR Membership?
NOCO HAIR offers an inclusive membership that gives unlimited access to the hair you deserve.
Is it really unlimited?
Yes really, it's unlimited. You can come in as often as you want. Remember you can have 2 appointments scheduled at one time.
Can I request a specific stylist or colourist?
NOCO HAIR makes every attempt to accommodate your requests while prioritising you and insuring you get the most out of your membership.
How many appointments can I schedule at one time?
You can have two appointments scheduled at one time. Once you attend your scheduled appointment, you can request another.
What if I have extensions?
There is a £15 service charge per appointment for extensions.
How long does my membership last?
Memberships are either month to month or annual depending on the membership you choose.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
We are not interested in keeping our guests tied in to anything they do not want anymore. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice. However, if you cancel you will be charged the difference if the value of the services you have received is greater than the amount paid during the term of the membership ie, THE SOCIAL = £80 pm which is the equivalent of 4 blowdries at graduate level. Should you have 5 blow-dries and cancel after month 1, your outstanding balance would be £20 and this would be the fee to end the membership.
Can I Request a specific stylist?
We shall prioritise your first slot per month to your preferred stylist. Will will endeavour to accommodate you with your preferred stylist on each other visit, or through direction with another team member.
Please be aware that a credit card number may be required to reserve your appointment.
We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of the a la carte service fee. Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full a la carte service.
Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.
Due to scheduling commitments to other clients’ schedules, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late.
